  Summer’s here!  Thinking of taking up running…here’s a few tips to reduce the chance of injury. The weather has finally warmed up….for now at least! This means that many people will be playing more sport, in particular marathon season is upon us! Running, in particular puts an enormous strain on our muscles and joints. So if you’re planning on taking part in anything from a 5K run to a full marathon here are a few ways to reduce the inevitable discomfort that follows! Always warm up! Ice.
